Shipping Policy
We ship worldwide from the United States.
Order processing
All orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days of being placed. Orders placed at the weekend or on a public holiday are dispatched on the next business day.
Delivery times
- United States: 5–10 business days
- Europe: 5–12 business days
- Rest of the world: 7–15 business days
These are estimates from the date of dispatch, not from the date of the order.
Shipping cost
Express shipping within the United States is free. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination.
Tracking
Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.
Customs and import duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the price you pay us.
Delays
Delivery times may vary because of customs clearance, public holidays or carrier delays. If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.
Incorrect addresses
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. We cannot reroute a parcel once it has been dispatched, and we are not responsible for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly.
