We offer a 14-day return policy.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your LumiMama Diaper Backpack.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- The diaper backpack must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- All original packaging, accessories, and tags must be included.
- Items showing signs of use, damage, or missing parts may not qualify for a refund.

Please include your order number and the reason for your return. Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return shipping labels.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the product and packaging.
We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns cannot be accepted for:
- Used products
- Items returned without original packaging
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Gift cards (if applicable)
